We hired Scott to repair a small leak in the piping from the well pump to the interior.  In theory he could have just cut out the leaking section.  It would have been expedient and much less expensive.  But as we talked about it we expanded the scope of the project because the piping was 50 years old and there had been multiple leaks in that section over the last 5 years.  The expansion tank was also approaching the end of its useable life.  I am so grateful Scott took the time to understand the true scope of the repairs needed. I have been using Scott for over 20 years now and am very happy with the quality of work I have received. He has gotten me out of a jam many times. E.g., there was a time when my pipes burst late at night and other plumbers were saying it would be a week before they could get to me because pipes had burst all over the region. Scott came in and worked in the freezing cold to fix it within a couple of hours. Scott is very reliable, honest, trustworthy.  The work he has done for us is top notch.  He has replaced our water heater twice in the 17 years we have owned our current home.  He does a great job explaining the issue and resolves the matter efficiently.  Aside from the water heater, Scott has done both bathroom and kitchen work for us.
